My name is Sarah Richardson. I’m a Christian, a single mom, and an Air Force veteran – and a few years ago, I was exactly where you might be right now. After leaving the military, I followed my calling into health coaching, eager to make a difference. But the reality was harsh: I was struggling. I faced personal trauma that shook my confidence. I spent over $50,000 on courses and mentors, trying to piece together how to build a real business out of my passion. There were moments of crushing doubt – juggling my baby son's needs with client calls, working late into the night, and praying for a breakthrough.
but then, everything changed.
Through trial and error, and leaning hard on my faith, I eventually cracked the code. I implemented the strategies and mindset shifts that finally clicked – and in just 11 months, I went from zero to a six-figure coaching practice. I couldn’t believe it.
